What Is Affiliate Marketing Mastery
This is a course that was developed by Stefan Pylarinos and hit the market in 2016.
Stefan Pylarinos has a good reputation for delivering quality products some of which include K Money Mastery and Life Mastery Accelerator.
Originally his course was being promoted and sold on ClickBank through the affiliate program but now Stefan is promoting his course through webinars.
This course focuses on building an affiliate marketing business and is broken up into modules with different sub topics in each.
- #1 Strategy and mindset
- #2 Niche selection
- #3 Creating your online brand and presence
- #4 Quality content creation
- #5 Marketing strategies
- #6 Earning revenue and monetizing your traffic
- #7 Performance and analytics
The course is taught using videos, so there is no need to read through tons of material.
Personally I enjoy learning by way of video, it just makes getting through a course faster and easier to stay focused. I am sure that the Affiliate Marketing Mastery members also find that to be the case.
Breakdown of modules
Here I will go over the main important points so you can get a feel for what to expect.
Module #1 – Mindset
Talks about mindset and this is an important aspect of affiliate marketing when first getting started. What most people don’t realize is that your building a real business and it can take some time to see any results.
The Affiliate Marketing Mastery course preps members for the reality and working towards goals.
If your the type of person that jumps from one shiny object to the next, then you will need to change your mindset to have any success. Get ready to tough it out!
Module #2 – Niches
Here the focus is on choosing a niche.
This is the area where a lot of people get stuck trying to decide what is the best niche. Will it be too broad or too competitive. It could also be too small of a niche where you wouldn’t be able to get enough traffic to make it profitable.
Here the affiliate marketing course gets into choosing a niche based on your passions or subjects your familiar with. Then working to find keywords to build the business around.
Module #3 – Branding
Branding is important and this module goes into setting up your domain name, logo, Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, Twitter and Instagram.
Its interesting to see the branding aspect so early on in a course.
Typically it takes about 3 to 6 months of adding content to your blog before Google even notices, so I would have thought the Branding aspect would come later.
Module #4 – Content
So far the Affiliate Marketing Mastery System seems to have a good structure for beginners to follow and with module 4 you begin to learn how to produce quality content.
Content that is SEO friendly.
They also show how to build content for your social media channels. Personally I have not had a lot of luck with social media. Its too time intensive for the return that I was getting.
Module #5 – Marketing
Here you learn the marketing aspect of getting traffic to your blog posts and social media channels. They say they show you how to “get tons of view, fans and followers”.
This seems a little hyped up because it can take months and even years to build any significant traffic. Most affiliate marketers struggle getting steady targeted traffic.
Module #6 – Earning
The lesson where you learn to make money from your efforts by using the correct monetization methods for maximum profitability.
There are certain ways to make money with your website that are better than others. Simple adjustments in colors or placement of ads can make a big difference in how visitors interact with your sites.
Module #7 – Tracking
Learning to use analytics so that you know how visitors are behaving on your site and testing new ideas to gain improvements increasing income.
One thing that most successful marketers continually do is test, because nothing lasts and small changes can result in more profit.
Who Is Affiliate Marketing Mastery For
If your newbie and just getting started online this step by step program might be for you. Some people need a structured outline to follow and maybe some aren’t to technologically savvy.
One problem that a lot of people have is not staying focused and taking a shotgun approach to building their affiliate marketing business.
Some of the best affiliate marketing training courses have the step by step structure to help people stay on track and get the important tasks completed.
That is how I learned with my favorite training course but it cost a lot less.
Affiliate Marketing Mastery Pros and Cons
Now that I have given you an idea of what the training course is about it would be a good time to recap the good and bad to see what is important.
Pros ( the good stuff )
- Product owner has a good reputation
- Course looks well organized
- Training in video format
Cons ( the not so good stuff )
- Cost of $1997
- Lack of tools such as hosting and keyword tool
- No forum
The Affiliate Marketing Mastery training looks like a good structured course that covers the basics of getting started with an online business using affiliate marketing.
When looking to learn what it takes to be an affiliate there is no shortages of training courses available and this one is coming in as one of the more expensive options.
As I said earlier affiliate marketing isn’t as easy as some make it out to be, but the over all process of getting started and building a business selling products and services isn’t hard.
With that being said, I got the same type of training back a couple years ago for a lot less money. On top of that the training included a lot of tools that I still use such as web hosting, keyword research tool and weekly webinars.
